 Hedingham Capital was founded by Justin Ward, a data and AI strategist who builds the analytics infrastructure PE-backed rollup platforms need to scale — from strategy through full execution.

Before launching Hedingham Capital, Justin spent four years at TurnPoint Services, one of the largest HVAC platforms in the US, where he built their entire data and AI capability from scratch. That meant architecting a central data warehouse, deploying revenue-generating AI products across 50+ brands, and advising executive leadership on digital transformation, all while supporting rapid M&A integration.

He founded Hedingham Capital because he kept seeing the same problem: PE-backed skilled trades platforms were growing fast through acquisition, but their data was fragmented, their reporting was unreliable, and their teams didn't have the bandwidth to fix it. He knows that problem intimately because he lived it from the inside.

Justin holds an MS in Applied Statistics from RIT, an MBA in Corporate Finance from Syracuse, and a BA from Penn State. Prior experience includes data science and analytics leadership at Advance Auto Parts and First Data Corporation.
