These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text-message (SMS/MMS) program operated by Oak Street Marketing Cloud on behalf of its business clients ("we," "us," "our"). By opting in or otherwise consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
We send text messages to business contacts and customers for purposes including service and estimate follow-ups, appointment and service reminders, account notifications, reconnection outreach, and occasional promotional offers related to services you have engaged or expressed interest in.
You consent to receive text messages from us based on your existing or prior business relationship with our client, or through information provided in the course of business engagement. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the nature of the communications. You will not receive an excessive number of messages.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from that program. To rejoin, you may reply START.

Message delivery is subject to the availability and functionality of your mobile carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through this messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued participation in the messaging program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
